OUR TEAM
JEANNE R .T. MONTES (“JTM”)
JTM finished her undergraduate studies at the De La Salle University with a degree in A.B. Political Science (major in Policy Studies). She then obtained her Bachelor of Laws (Ll.B) degree from San Beda College of Law in 2005 and was admitted to the Philippine Bar the following year. Thereafter, she joined a law firm based in Makati and had extensive practice for almost two decades. From initially heading the labor/litigation team to evolving to become the head managing partner stirring the firm to become one of the trusted legal advocates in the industry and assisting stakeholders navigate a multitude of unprecedented challenges. JTM, through the years, has earned the trust of companies to provide pragmatic approach, no-nonsense corporate counseling and guidance and managing human industrial relationship and affairs.
Currently, JTM serves as Director and/or Officer of several corporations with diverse practice areas ranging from Corporate Guidance, Labor & Employment, Immigration, Appellate & Criminal, Commercial and Civil Litigation, Insurance, Foreign Investments, Mergers and Acquisitions, Securities, Corporations & Businesses, Land Acquisitions, Crisis Management, Patents & Trademarks, and Family Law.
PATRICK DANIEL O. LADRIDO (“PDL”)
PDL is the heart of the firm’s main corporate practice. He finished his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at University of San Agustin and earned his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Santo Tomas in 2017.
Results-oriented and focused, PDL heads and manages the firm’s regulatory compliance and corporate housekeeping. Aside from spearheading various special projects varying from straightforward mergers, amendments, corporate transitions and evolutions, PDL also dabbles with government regulations, commercial transactions and special registrations with government agencies. Through the years, PDL gained expertise on assisting companies properly secure fiscal incentives and monitor required compliance. He is also a trusted litigator and commercial barrister with vast exposure on industrial relations and corporate affairs.
ALEXIS JOHN N. NUGUID (“AJN”)
AJN finished his undergraduate studies at De La Salle University- RVR College of Business; Bachelor of Science in Legal Management. He took post-graduate studies at San Beda University, College of Law and earned his Juris Doctor in 2019. Supplementing his legal background, AJN is also a graduate of Urban Institute of Real Estate and a duly licensed Real Estate Broker enabling him to thoughtfully provide solutions and suggestions on land acquisitions.
AJN is also adept in transfer pricing concerns, having gained work experience at one of the trusted local tax firms as Senior Tax Associate where he had exposure in International Tax and Transaction Service. Currently, AJN acts as general counsel to stock and non-stock corporations. He assists in contract review, risk analysis, and provides appropriate correspondence. He is also a trusted counselor representing clients before the labor tribunals, regular courts, and administrative bodies.
